Pimento Cheese
This classic dip is irresistibly creamy! Each bite is made up of simple ingredients, including a handful of seasonings and zesty pimentos. My favorite way to enjoy this is to spread it all over a slice of warm toast so that it melts! You can also serve with crunchy crackers or fresh veggies. All I know is it was a staple in my house growing up, and it never lasts long!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, grated (I used this!) 
- 1/2 cup white onion, diced 
- 1/2 cup pimentos 
- 1/3 cup mayo (this is my favorite!) 
- 3 tbsp jalapeños, finely diced 
- 1 tsp paprika 
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/2 tsp pepper 
- 1/2 tsp pink salt 
Directions:
- Grate the cheese you chose and dice the onions. Add these to a medium-sized bowl. 
- Add in the pimentos, mayo, jalapeños (for some extra spice!), and all of the seasonings. Stir until everything is well-incorporated. 
- Enjoy with crackers, on warm toast, or with fresh veggies!
